You may ask - "Where does the title come from?" Well, in a fit of panic I looked around my desk and my eyes fell upon a little Leunig cartoon. A seelction of things that are good for your soul. And one of them was 'A quiet stroll around the mental block', another of my favourites is 'A chip off the old bloke'.
